Excellent Stay with Unbeatable Beach Access

The room had a great sea view from the balcony. The location was ideal near the beach (I could hear the waves at night). The staff at reception provided helpful service and quick assistance with my inquiries.
The pool area could sometimes get crowded during peak hours, making it harder to find available lounge chairs.

the location of the hotel was good. it was easy to get around.
the noise from the street kept me awake. the air conditioning in my room barely worked and i was hot during the night. the bathroom could have been cleaner as well. i found some hair in the shower when i checked in.

Superb Beachfront Stay!

The location is excellent, directly on the beach. I could easily walk to many places. The breakfast had many choices and was a fascinating buffet. I enjoyed the pool and table tennis, they were perfect activities for downtime. The staff were always smiling and helpful!
The minidose shampoo and gel are somewhat insufficient and not particularly practical, though this is a very minor point.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond... Ava at reception and Luisa in the breakfast room were especially warm. The cleaning staff on the third floor were kind to my little boy. I found that nothing was a problem for them.

I liked the two good swimming pools, and also that the hotel had direct access to the beach. Onsite parking with gated access was really useful.. Plus, I found a convenience store right opposite the car park.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. It was perfect for our needs. I particularly enjoyed the food especially breakfast. The open buffet for both breakfast and dinner was fascinating! I had a lovely stay.

My seaview room provided a amazing view overlooking the sea, which I totally appreciated. The bathroom was large, and the bed comfortable. The spacious room included a little foyer. I had a great time!

the location was amazing. i loved how close it was to everything (such a perfect spot!). the staff were also friendly and helpful. i found the breakfast choices plentiful and delicious, especially the fresh fruits.
the maids began cleaning quite early, around 9 am. they moved beds on the tiled floors, and it created a very loud sound when i was trying to sleep. the indoor pool was unfortunately closed . also, there was only one power outlet in my room, a bit inconvenient.

the staff at reception was polite and helpful.
I found the room outdated with dark floor tiles and old wardrobes. the air conditioning barely worked. It didn't function at all on my first night. constant door banging and scraping bed sounds from cleaners started early.
